A Few Things to Know
- Annual contracts: All plans require a 12-month commitment.
- Waiting period: Your plan begins 14 days after your first payment.
- Pre-existing faults: We don’t fix problems that existed before your plan started.
- Service area: We currently serve the Greater Accra Region (Accra, Tema, Spintex, East Legon, and surrounding areas).
- AC units: Only split-type AC units are included. Window units and portable ACs are not included.
- Parts and labour: Included in all plans (exclusions apply – see full terms).
